ASAP Delivery
 A delivery made within an hour of request, if possible OR a delivery request made after 3:00 PM
Priority 
Delivery
A delivery made within 2 hours of request OR a delivery request made after 2:00 PM
Regular

 A delivery made within 3 hours of request OR a delivery request made after 11:00 a.m. Our most popular service.
Same Day 
Delivery
 Order made and ready for PICK-UP before 11:00 a.m. with delivery by 5:00 pm
Scheduled/ 
Routine  
Deliveries*		 Frequent and/or future deliveries can be scheduled in advanced.  Our computer system will automatically schedule and track your delivery.
Mail  
Delivery*
 PICK-UP mail at your Post Office box and deliver to your office; mail drop from your office to the post office.  AM and/or PM deliveries available.
Bank  
Deposits*
 Transporting deposits to the bank.  You can arrange for your bank to fax or mail your deposit receipts or we can wait and return them to you the same day.

Additional Charges

Waiting  
Time
 A grace period of 5 minutes of the courier’s time is at no charge, $.25 per minute thereafter. 
Overweight  
Charges		 Packages up to 50 lbs. are delivered without additional charge.  Additional weight is billed based on 50 lb. incremental units at a rate of $2.50 per additional unit.
Toll  
Charges 		In order to meet deadlines on all deliveries, a toll charge may be included if a toll road is used.  One way only.
Attempt to  
Deliver Charge		 If office is closed and no arrangements have been made or wrong address is given, a delivery charge will apply.

Follow these steps to prevent additional charges on your deliveries:

  • Have your package ready including name, address with zip code and return address.
  • Notify someone at the PICK-UP location that a courier is in route so that the package can be waiting.
  • Include correct address, contact name, phone number, suite #, floor # or room # at the time of request.
  • If the business is closed specify where to deliver (e.g. leave at door or office next door)
